(002696.SZ) announced the 2024 restricted stock incentive plan (draft), planning to grant the incentives restricted stocks of no more than 9.88 million shares, not exceeding 2.8525% of the total share capital of the company at the time of the announcement of this incentive plan draft. Among them, the initial grant shall not exceed 8.892 million shares, and the reserved grant shall not exceed 0.988 million shares.

The effective period of this incentive plan shall be from the date of completion of the registration of the granted restricted stocks to the date when all restricted stocks granted to the incentive recipients are fully released from restrictions (excluding voluntary lock-up, director and senior management shareholding restrictions, etc.) or repurchased and canceled, not exceeding six years at most.
