According to Shenzhen Release citing Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau data, during this year's Golden Week (October 1st to 7th), Shenzhen's newly built commodity residences saw 1,841 units sold, totaling 0.1918 million square meters, with a 664.14% increase in sales compared to the same period last year.

In terms of second-hand residences, during this period, leading intermediary institutions in Shenzhen saw 24,620 viewings and sold 1,314 units, with daily averages increasing by 22% and 339% respectively compared to the National Day holiday in 2023.
