The number of individual customers also slightly decreased, from around 618,000 customers last month to around 602,000 customers, but still showing significant growth compared to around 587,000 customers in September 2023.

Furthermore, it is encouraging that the monthly active users of the HKTVmall application remain stable at around 1,640,000, laying a solid foundation for future growth.
