Infomina Bhd and its subsidiary Infomina AI Sdn Bhd have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with PEPS Ventures Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants in the Private Sector Malaysia (PEPS Malaysia), to foster enhanced data access and analysis for business and financial institutions.
This collaboration signifies a shared commitment to improving corporate transparency and advancing financial inclusion in Malaysia.
Under the agreement, PEPS Ventures' members will have direct access to Companies Commission Malaysia (SSM) reports through SSM Search, a platform developed by Infomina.
This platform provides detailed corporate information including company registration details, directors, shareholders and financial statements. It is especially useful for conducting due diligence, verifying company information and making informed business decisions.
The MOU was signed by Infomina Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Yee Chee Meng, Infomina AI Executive Director Low Guan Leong and PEPS Malaysia President and PEPS Ventures Chairman Subramaniam Arumugam.
"This collaboration will streamline due diligence processes, empowering members to make informed decisions with ease. Infomina AI will also offer advanced data analysis services, turning complex corporate information into actionable insights for businesses," Yee said.
PEPS Ventures, meanwhile, will further contribute access to its extensive property data platform to support financial institutions in expanding financial inclusion, providing lenders with more comprehensive property ownership insights, enabling them to make more informed and inclusive lending decisions.
"We are excited to collaborate with Infomina to leverage their artificial intelligence-powered solutions, enhancing data transparency and decision-making across Malaysia's business landscape," stated Subramaniam.
