The board of directors of the company received a letter from the chairman and general manager Ru Jiyong on September 30, 2024, proposing the repurchase of shares to convert convertible bonds into stocks.
The total amount of funds for repurchasing shares shall not be less than RMB 30 million (inclusive) and not exceed RMB 60 million (inclusive). The repurchase period shall be within 12 months from the date of the board of directors' approval of this share repurchase scheme.
