Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd. (DNP) will consolidate and reorganize four bases, including the main base in the Kansai region, the "Namba SS Building," and relocate to "JYO Tower" (Chuo-ku, Osaka) (scheduled to be completed in late October 2024). As a result, the sales and planning departments of various business fields that were scattered throughout Osaka Prefecture will be consolidated, strengthening initiatives within the company that cross business fields and collaborate with external partners, accelerating the creation of new value to meet people's expectations while solving social issues.

○ Promote the action policy of "dialogue and collaboration" to facilitate collaboration with various partners
・ The collaboration facility "P&I Lab · Osaka" at the "Namba SS Building" will be relocated to "JYO Tower" and will reopen with a renewal on Monday, December 2, 2024. It will establish DNP's unique "Strength of combining Printing & Information (Printing and Information)" corner, expand opportunities for "dialogue" with various companies and organizations, draw out various issues, and connect them to "collaboration" = collaboration. It is a facility that can flexibly accommodate seminars and workshops for about 50 people.

- At the P&I Lab Osaka, we are creating spaces incorporating DNP's environmentally friendly products into the design. In addition to fixtures utilizing "paper recycling boards"*1, which utilize paper edge materials generated during the printing manufacturing process, we will introduce a wall of recyclable materials combining panels made from some of the waste from each factory and the "Interfence"*2, which is a net fence (diamond-shaped wire mesh) with design features. Through actual use in the space, we will contribute to the improvement of product and service functions and the creation of new initiatives.

- DNP and partners will establish a meeting space to co-create the future. With a capacity of about 20 people, this space is for "dialogue and collaboration" to create new value through business development using design thinking.
Meeting space for co-creating the future
- Strengthen internal collaboration to accelerate value creation through the full capabilities of DNP.
・We will set up a collaborative area that employees can use anytime to promote internal collaboration across departments and encourage the creation of innovation by leveraging the strengths of 'P&I'.
・We will further promote work style reform and business reform by increasing the number of free address areas in anticipation of the normalization of telework.
○By involving employees in planning and design, we aim to improve engagement.
・To ensure that employees can use the new office with attachment and satisfaction, voluntary employees participated in planning and design of the occupying departments. At JYO Tower, employees participated in the selection of interior design, layout, and name of the collaborative area, as well as the concept design of the dining area and office. In addition, at OAP Tower where the BPO department relocated from Namba SS Building in August 2024, employees participated in the concept design of the symbol space and the selection of the name.
・In February 2025, a cafeteria of about 200 tsubo is scheduled to open. We will enhance the collaboration menus with famous stores, DNP's original menu, seasonal menus, etc., to create an environment where employees can work healthily and enrich their minds.
