According to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the contracting party shall cease and terminate all rights, obligations, and responsibilities related to the placement matters under the placement agreement, and the contracting party shall not make any claims to the other party regarding the placement matters (except for any previous breaches and/or any rights or obligations that may arise under the placement agreement prior to termination).
