Shiwei Liu Buys Handful Of Shares In Success Dragon International Holdings

Whilst it may not be a huge deal, we thought it was good to see that the Success Dragon International Holdings Limited (HKG:1182) Executive Chairman, Shiwei Liu, recently bought HK$458k worth of stock, for HK$0.23 per share. Nevertheless, it only increased their shareholding by a minuscule percentage, and it wasn't a massive purchase by absolute value, either.

The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At Success Dragon International Holdings

In fact, the recent purchase by Shiwei Liu was the biggest purchase of Success Dragon International Holdings shares made by an insider individual in the last twelve months, according to our records. Although we like to see insider buying, we note that this large purchase was at significantly below the recent price of HK$0.37. While it does suggest insiders consider the stock undervalued at lower prices, this transaction doesn't tell us much about what they think of current prices.
