Heitech Paddu saw its share price surge by over 12% today to close at 4.10, this prompted Bursa Securities to issue an Unusual Market Activity query on the company to explain if there was any significant information that is taking place.

The company replied that after making a due inquiry with the Board of Directors and major shareholders of the Company it is not aware of any corporate development relating to its business and affairs that has not been previously announced that may account for the trading activity including those in the stage of negotiation/discussion;

It added that it is also not aware of any rumour or report concerning the business and affairs that may account for the trading activity.
