According to the announcement from the Wise Finance APP, World Super (08612) announced that after the trading session on October 4, 2024, the company entered into a placement agreement with the placement agents. Accordingly, the Company appointed the placement agents as its representatives to, under the terms of the placement agreement, and subject to certain conditions, use their best efforts to encourage no less than six placees to subscribe for a maximum of 0.1728 billion shares of the placement shares at a price of HK$0.01764 per share. The placement shares will be allotted and issued under the general mandate.

The net proceeds from the expected placement will be approximately HK$2.88 million. The company plans to allocate the net proceeds from the placement for general operating funds of the group.
