Wuxi Life (08148) announced that, starting from October 4, 2024, Mr. Xia Qiankun has been appointed as a member and chairman of the Remuneration Committee, as well as members of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee; Mr. Liu Guanzhou will no longer serve as a member and chairman of the Remuneration Committee; and Mr. Cai Benli will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee.
