As reported by the Zhitong Finance APP, Circutech (08051) announced that on October 4, 2024, the company plans to issue a total of approximately 7.8113 million subscription shares to Hong Kong Golden Eagle International Development Limited, with a subscription price of 3.0 Hong Kong dollars per share for the first batch and 3.9 Hong Kong dollars per share for the second batch.

The total expected proceeds from the subscription matter is approximately 28.1 million Hong Kong dollars, with a net fundraising of about 27.4 million Hong Kong dollars, which will be used to expand the existing sales and distribution business of IT products, enhance the capabilities of the maintenance center in China, and invest in establishing overseas maintenance centers.
