PRG Holdings has given more details on the announcement made by Furniweb Holdings Limited with regards to the resignation of Dato' Lua Choon Hann as an executive Director of the Company.
In replying to HKSE on the supplementary details, Furniweb said Dato' Lua Choon Hann tendered his resignation as he would like to devote more time to his other business and personal commitment.
