Developed in partnership by Wheelock Properties and mtr corporation (00066.HK), PARK SEASONS in Sunrise City, Tseung Kwan O, launched price list No.5 today, covering a total of 69 units in Block 2B, starting from an actual price per square foot of 14,059 yuan, with an actual selling price starting from 4.54 million yuan.
