According to the announcement by Johnson Holdings (01955) on September 25, 2024, the buyer (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Johnson Ltd.) and the seller (wholly-owned subsidiaries of Wan Cheng) entered into a total of thirty-six vehicle purchase agreements. Under these agreements, the seller agreed to sell and the buyer agreed to purchase these vehicles at a total price of 7.496 million Hong Kong dollars. The purchased vehicles are intended by the group for transportation to provide cleaning services.
