Group (00269) announced that, before proceeding with the equity structure change of Quanxing, the administrator is awaiting the decision of all ordinary creditors; and the company has appointed Chang Ching (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Co. Ltd. as the new auditor of the company on April 19, 2024.
The company is currently providing information and documents as requested by the auditor to complete the audit procedures for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, and the financial year ended March 31, 2024, and will make every effort to disclose all incomplete financial performance as required by the listing rules to meet the resumption guidelines set by the SEHK.
