According to the Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, Capital realm (00204) announced that on October 2, 2024, the company plans to issue a maximum of 0.17294 billion new shares through placement agents to at least six independent placing agents, at a price of 0.360 Hong Kong dollars per share, discounted by approximately 19.10% compared to the closing price of 0.445 Hong Kong dollars per share on October 2, 2024.

The net proceeds from the placement of about 60.4 million Hong Kong dollars will be used for potential future investment opportunities, repayment of loans, and general working capital of the group.
