According to the announcement from the Wisdom Financial APP, Leading Hldgs (06999) announced that on October 2, 2024, the company received a winding-up petition from Wonderful Sky Financial Group Limited (petitioner) on September 27, 2024, filed with the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region against the company, concerning overdue unpaid amounts of the company, the total amount outstanding as of the petition date is 0.2756 million Hong Kong dollars.
