ZGC Tec Leasing (01601.HK) announced that it has entered into a procurement agreement with City Light (Shenzhen) Self-driving Cars and Cityno Technology (Shenzhen) on this Monday (30th). It is reported that ZGC Tec Leasing is purchasing autonomous driving cleaning vehicles from City Light (Shenzhen) Self-driving Cars for a purchase price of 64.8 million yuan.

In addition, ZGC Tec Leasing has entered into a financing lease agreement with Cityno Technology (Shenzhen). It is reported that ZGC Tec Leasing is leasing autonomous driving cleaning vehicles to Cityno Technology (Shenzhen) for a lease term of 36 months, with a total lease payment of approximately 53.1164 million yuan. This includes financing lease principal of 48.6 million yuan, and financing lease interest income (including value-added tax) of approximately 4.5164 million yuan.
