1. Initiatives of Core Business
View inc.<3041> is working on area expansion in the "Flower Altar Business", and has opened new locations at the Fukushima West Sales Office (July 2023), Shiga Sales Office (October 2023), and the beauty kadan Seikyo Tomizawa store (March 2024). In addition, in the "Flower Wholesale Business", they are promoting increased transactions including new domestic production areas, acquiring farmland in Yachiyo City, Kumamoto Prefecture in collaboration with AgriFlower, and starting chrysanthemum production (May 2024). In the "Bridal Flower Decoration Business", they worked on product development for price improvement (such as in-house production of after bouquets) and opened the CROWN Gardenex Hotel Nikko Kumamoto store (January 2024).
2. New Service Development & New Business Initiatives
While strengthening sales of the online funeral service "@Sogi" developed by their business partner Microwave Co., Ltd., they have also launched a new memorial portrait service (May 2024). Additionally, they started a project utilizing the "crypt-oriented app" and "online worship app" developed by Goenn Co., Ltd., with whom they entered into a capital and business partnership on July 23, 2023, leading to the release of the crypt-oriented app "Musuhi" (April 2024). They are also making progress in developing AI/IoT businesses (such as AI signature analysis) and towards the provision of a cloud platform for the funeral industry.
※1 "@Sogi" is an internet-based memorial service (subscription-based). In addition to "sharing funerals", users can send flowers directly online upon receiving an obituary, send messages and condolence money to bereaved families from an online funeral site. The newly launched memorial portrait service allows combining abundant dress-up options and background data to express the character of the deceased.
※2 A revolutionary service for operators of columbarium businesses (temples, shrines, private sector utility industry operators, municipalities, etc.) to digitally manage customer acquisition, sales management, user and deceased person relationships, and communication based on memorial services and events seamlessly, targeting consumers seeking columbarium services.
