IGM Biosciences, CPI Card And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Tuesday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were mixed this morning, with the Dow futures falling around 100 points on Tuesday.

Shares of IGM Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ:IGMS) fell sharply in today's pre-market trading after the company announced plans to focus exclusively on autoimmunity and named Beth Harler as CEO. Also, the company stated it will reduce its work force and minimize future spending on R&D for Aplitabart and other oncology candidates.

IGM Biosciences shares dipped 27.2% to $12.05 in pre-market trading.

  • CPI Card Group Inc. (NASDAQ:PMTS) shares declined 12% to $24.49 in pre-market trading as the company announced the pricing of secondary public offering of common stock.
  • New Fortress Energy Inc. (NYSE:NFE) declined 10.2% to $8.16 in today's pre-market trading after the company announced it will delay the payment of its previously declared dividend of $0.10 per share of common stock to address its near-term maturity and liquidity requirements.
  • ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. (NYSE:ZIM) shares fell 5.3% to $24.30 in pre-market trading after gaining over 5% on Monday.
  • Biomea Fusion, Inc. (NASDAQ:BMEA) shares fell 5% to $9.60 in pre-market trading.
  • Uxin Limited (NASDAQ:UXIN) shares fell 4.6% to $6.40 in pre-market trading after jumping 29% on Monday.
  • Capricor Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:CAPR) shares declined 4.3% to $14.56 in pre-market trading amid a decline in Bitcoin prices.
