Dentsu Group Co., Ltd. (brand: 'dentsu', headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, representative: Global CEO Haru Igarashi) held the 'ESG Explanation Meeting 2024' on September 30, 2024 (Monday).

The ESG Explanation Meeting was first held last year with the theme of governance advancement supporting Dentsu Group's sustainable growth, and this year marks the second time it is being held.
This time, in addition to Haru Igarashi, President and Global CEO of the company, three members involved in ESG management, the chairman of the board of directors, and two independent outside directors appeared. The company group reported on the four themes of ①sustainability strategy, ②investment in human resources and organizational strengthening, ③progress in awareness and behavioral change, and ④overall ESG activities. An explanation was also given regarding the policy for creating the integrated report announced in August.

Our group exists to create unprecedented ideas and solutions while connecting with people with diverse perspectives, in order to achieve sustainable development of society and companies. We will continue to further evolve our efforts in sustainability, human resources, and governance, and work towards enhancing corporate value based on the dual activities of financial and non-financial areas.
