Tenaga Nasional Berhad has informed on the appointment of Badrul Hisyam Fauzi as the group's new Chief Financial Officer effective October 1 with the cessation of office for the current CFO.

Badrul was the ccovering Chief Executive Officer at Alam Flora Sdn. Bhd. from July 2024 – December 2024 and was also the Group Chief Financial Officer at MMC Corporation Berhad (July 2020 – December 2024

Prior to that he was the head, Group Strategy, MMC Corporation Berhad, General Manager, Group Managing Director's Office, MMC Corporation Berhad and Assistant General Manager, Group Managing Director's Office, MMC Corporation Berhad.

He held positions as International Fund Management Department, Permodalan Nasional Berhad , Senior Analyst, Chief Executive Officer's Office, Permodalan Nasional Berhad and Chief Executive Officer's Office, Permodalan Nasional Berhad.
