According to the announcement from the Futu Securities app, Altus Hldgs (08149) announced that on September 30, 2024, the Group entered into a subscription agreement with the fund through investors. The investors have agreed to invest in the fund by subscribing to 1400 shares of Class A shares with an amount of 0.14 billion Japanese Yen (equivalent to about 7.6 million Hong Kong dollars).

The fund is a newly established sub-fund of Altus OFC, with the investment objective of achieving medium-term capital appreciation and returns through investment in and sale of commercial and residential real estate in Japan. Altus Financing is an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the company and acts as the fund manager of the fund.
