At the same time, in accordance with the asset purchase agreement between Henan Yicheng New Energy Fund and Pingmei Longji New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Henan Pingmei Longji Photovoltaic Materials Co., Ltd., the company has paid the full amount of the photovoltaic material equity transfer payment to Pingmei Longji on September 30, 2024, amounting to 38.3676 million yuan.
