Zhixin Finance App News, CSC Securities (06066) announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary CSCIF Hong Kong Limited (hereinafter referred to as the issuer or guarantor) as the issuer, set up a guaranteed principal amount of up to 4 billion US dollars (or equivalent amount calculated in other currencies) overseas medium-term note program (hereinafter referred to as the medium-term note plan) on April 26, 2024, and completed multiple note issuances under this plan.

The issuer completed the issuance of two notes under the medium-term note plan on September 27, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as this issuance), with a total principal amount issued of approximately 0.264 billion US dollars equivalent, including a first variety with a term of 3 years and an amount of 0.15 billion US dollars; and a second variety with a term of 364 days, with an amount of approximately 0.114 billion US dollars equivalent.
