It is expected to issue at one time or in installments during the registration effective period. The maturity of each issuance of short-term financing bonds shall not exceed one year, and the maturity of ultra-short-term financing bonds shall not exceed 270 days. The proceeds will be used to supplement working capital, repay interest-bearing debts, etc.
