Maximax is a limited company registered in the British Virgin Islands, holding 100% of the shares by the company's controlling shareholder and chairman of the board of directors, Jin Guojun. As of the date of this announcement, Maximax's total equity in the company's issued share capital of approximately 1.471 billion shares is approximately 53.91%.
