The board of directors has received a letter from RSM Hong Kong notifying them of their resignation, effective from September 30, 2024.

The board of directors, upon the recommendation of the audit committee, has resolved to appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the company's new auditor, effective from September 30, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of RSM Hong Kong. Deloitte will serve until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
