The board of directors, upon the recommendation of the audit committee, has resolved to appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants LLP ("Deloitte") as the company's new auditor, effective from September 30, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by PwC's resignation. Deloitte will serve until the end of the company's next shareholder annual general meeting.
