Zhitong Finance App News, Kwong Man Kee (08023) announced that due to his intention to retire, Lo Pui-cheong has proposed to resign as the company's independent non-executive director, chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Legal Compliance Committee with effect from October 1, 2024 to invest more time in personal affairs.

Effective October 1, 2024, the composition of the board committee will be changed as follows: (a) Mr. Luo will no longer serve as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Legal Compliance Committee; and (b) Du Yiwen, currently an independent non-executive director of the company, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Legal Compliance Committee.
