On September 30, Gruntivity announced that on April 28, 2024 and May 20, 2024, the company held the 12th meeting of the ninth board of directors and the 2023 annual general meeting of shareholders, approving the proposal on the estimated daily related transactions for Shanghai AJ Group and its holding subsidiaries in 2024. The proposal allows Shanghai Huarui Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huarui Leasing") and its subsidiaries (including newly established ones) to engage in aircraft leasing operations with Juneyao Airlines, Yuan Airlines, collecting rent and service fees not exceeding 1.2575 billion yuan, effective from the approval of the company's 2023 annual general meeting of shareholders until the date of the company's 2024 annual general meeting. On September 30, 2024, following Huarui Leasing's report, Huarui Leasing's wholly-owned subsidiary, Dalian Xiangrui Six Aircraft Leasing Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dalian Xiangrui Six"), signed an aircraft leasing agreement with Yuan Airlines, launching a financing leasing project for a Boeing 737 series aircraft. Rental and service fees not exceeding 6 million RMB will be collected by Huarui Leasing or its wholly-owned subsidiary until May 9, 2025, for delivery starting from the manufacturer's notice. Transactions beyond May 2025 will be separately submitted for approval by the relevant institutions.
