On September 30th, Kinergy (03302.HK) announced that Senerath Wickramanayaka Mudiyanselage Sunil Wickramanayaka resigned from the position of independent non-executive director, member of the Board of Directors Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, and Chairman of the Board of Directors Nomination Committee, with the resignation date set for September 30, 2024; and starting from October 1, 2024, Chen Deyi will be appointed as independent non-executive director, member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, as well as Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
