On September 30, GeLongHui announced the profit distribution plan for the mid-2024 as follows: based on the total common stock capital to be registered on the common stock registration date for the implementation of equity distribution, a cash dividend of RMB 2.80 (tax inclusive) will be distributed to all common shareholders for every 10 shares. Based on the common stock total capital of 14,206,672,457 shares as of the end of June 2024, the total planned distribution of common stock cash dividends is RMB 3,977,868,000 (tax inclusive), accounting for 30.67% of the net income attributable to common shareholders of the parent company in the consolidated financial statements.
