Gelonghui, September 30th | Shanghai Bailian Group (600827.SH) announced that the company plans to participate in the investment establishment of Shanghai Bailian GTJA Industry Innovation Leading Fund (tentatively named, referred to as "Industry Innovation Leading Fund", "Fund"), with Bailian Commercial Brand as a limited partner in the fund contributing 0.6 billion yuan.

The Shanghai Commercial Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. (referred to as the "Commercial Investment Company") participating in the establishment of this fund is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company's controlling shareholder, Bailian Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Bailian Group"); Shanghai Commercial Investment Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Commercial Venture Capital") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bailian Group, hence this transaction constitutes a related party transaction.
