Ms. Qu Chenghong and Mr. Shang Guanwen plan to transfer their respective holdings of 3,750,000 shares and 900,000 shares of the company (a total of 4,650,000 shares, accounting for 5.00% of the current total share capital of the company) to Juntang Innovation Growth Fund through the agreement. The transfer prices are both 26.00 yuan per share, with a total transfer price of RMB 120,900,000.00.

After this agreement transfer is completed, Ms. Qu Chenghong and Mr. Shang Guanwen collectively hold 38,302,000 shares of the company (accounting for 41.19% of the current total share capital of the company). Juntang Innovation Growth Fund holds 4,650,000 shares of the company (accounting for 5.00% of the current total share capital of the company) and becomes a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company. Mr. Shang Guanwen and Ms. Qu Chenghong remain the actual controllers of the company, with Mr. Shang Guanwen still being the controlling shareholder of the company. This equity change is a normal shareholding behavior based on the personal fund needs of the shareholders, and at the same time, it is also due to Juntang Assets' confidence in the company's future stable development and recognition of the company's value.
