Ricoh Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Akira Oyama) announced today that the transfer of the optical business of Ricoh Industrial Solutions to Optol Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Koichi Hirahara), which was announced on October 6, 2023, (with some changes made in the announcement regarding the change in the transfer date of Ricoh Industrial Solutions' optical business, published on June 12, 2024), has been completed. This transfer was made to a newly established company managed and operated by T Capital Partners Co., Ltd. (Representative Director and President: Koji Sasaki).
The impact on our consolidated full-year financial results for the fiscal year ending March 2025 due to this transfer of shares is minimal.
