Willas-array (00854.HK) announced that due to the public shareholding percentage of the shares falling below 15%, the company has requested a trading halt on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong from 9:00 am today (30th) until the public shareholding percentage of the company is restored.

Willas-array stated that it has applied to the Stock Exchange for a temporary exemption to restore the minimum public shareholding percentage required by the listing rules. (js/k)
