ETF Midday Report | Half-day trading volume exceeds 1.6 trillion! The Shuangchuang Index leads the rebound, while the Science and Technology Innovation Chip ETFs of Bosera and the Shuangchuang ETF Fund approach the limit up.

September 30th, A-shares continue to surge, with the trading volume in Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing surpassing 1 trillion within 35 minutes of opening, setting a new record for the fastest trillion in history. By midday, the Shanghai Composite Index rose by 5.7% to 3263.59 points, reaching a new high of over a year; the Shenzhen Component Index rose by 8.28%, the ChiNext Price Index rose by 11.41%, and the trading volume of Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing totaled 1.6699 trillion yuan in the morning session, an increase of 717.1 billion yuan compared to the previous day. Over 5300 stocks rose in both markets. Across all sectors, the financial and consumer sectors performed strongly, while software development and semiconductors sectors saw gains. In terms of ETFs, the innovation index rebounded strongly, with the science and technology innovation chip ETFs from Bosera and Founder Fubon Fund approaching the daily limit, with latest premiums and discounts of 2.6% and 6.9% respectively. Penghua Fund's New Energy Science and Technology Innovation ETF and Huaxia Fund's Creator Information Technologies ETF rose by 16%. E Fund's Chinext Momentum Growth 50 ETF and Southern Fund's Chinext 50 Enhanced Strategy ETF both rose by 15%. The Sci-Tech 100 Index had an impressive performance, with GF Fund's Sci-Tech 100 Enhanced ETF, Jiashi Fund's Sci-Tech Chip ETF, and Sci-Tech 100 ETF Southern Fund all rising by 14%. Due to a high premium last Friday, the Sci-Tech 100 ETF Enhanced dropped by 5.23% today. The Nikkei 225 Index fell by 4.6% in the morning session, dropping below 38,000 points, and the Nikkei ETF fell by 1.38%. Super long-term government bonds continued to plummet, with the 30-year government bond index ETF falling by 1.05%.
