On September 26, we formulated the “D&I Promise” after approval by the Board of Directors in order to clarify the Group's stance on Diversity & Inclusion (Diversity and Inclusion, hereinafter “D&I”), which we have been promoting for some time. Please see the original text from this link.
The Group has approximately 0.03 million5,000 employees worldwide, and since it is involved with a wide range of industries and companies in many countries and regions, it is essential to ensure diversity. Through the D&I Promise, we will clarify the Group's stance on D&I, and aim to “utilize the abilities of all 35,000 group employees to take on challenges,” as set forth in the human resources strategy “CX Story” formulated to realize the medium-term management plan.
The Group will continue to promote D&I and push forward to fulfill the Group's social mission “Achieving Value to Life.” by promoting the activities of diverse human resources.
