Prior to this, the fourth paradigm announced that the controlling shareholder made a voluntary lock-up commitment, believing in the long-term value of the company and safeguarding the interests of investors. The controlling shareholder, Dai Wenyuan, voluntarily committed not to reduce his directly and indirectly held company stocks in any way starting from September 28th this year for the next 12 months.
