Jintai Energy Holdings (02728) announced that on September 16, 2024, the company reached a business cooperation framework agreement with Lan Gu Smart (Beijing) Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Lan Gu). According to the agreement, both parties agree to utilize their respective strengths and competitive advantages to cooperate in the following areas:

1. New energy autos and battery service platform; 2. Installation, connection, and establishment of vehicle charging stations; 3. Testing, maintenance, recycling, replacement, and cascading utilization of batteries; as well as 4. Innovative new energy projects, such as wireless charging, siasun robot&automation charging, intelligent charging, virtual power plants, battery storage, and more.

Both parties will further discuss and coordinate potential joint venture projects in the future and sign detailed agreements for specific transactions when any trade is realized.

Lanke was established in China in 2016 as a national high-tech enterprise, a Beijing and national level 'specialized, special, and new' small giant enterprise, jointly formed by Beijing New Energy Autos Co., Ltd. and Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. and other strong shareholders, engaged in smart charging batteries, battery cascading utilization, and other businesses.

The directors believe that the business cooperation between the company and Lanke can combine their respective technologies, experiences, professional knowledge, and resources to develop new energy business.
