backgrounds

Although local businesses are motivated to digitize operations and utilize non-face-to-face services to make up for lack of human resources, etc., there is a current situation where they are struggling to shift to digital services that can be easily used.
Meanwhile, in Shinkin Banks, which are responsible for regional finance, business reforms are required in response to changes in the financial environment, social structure, etc., and rapid progress in digitalization, and strengthening points of contact with regional businesses utilizing DX is becoming essential.
In response to such issues and heightened needs, NTT DATA has developed a portal service “S-AGORA” for businesses that can provide services integrated with “K-Yale” in order for the Shinkin Bank to lead DX promotion as a DX coordinator for regional businesses. In addition to utilizing account data linked to the Shinkin Joint Center, this service is built by utilizing NTT DATA's digital service development capabilities and financial and non-financial service know-how and operation results, further promoting the digital shift of credit banks and businesses, and provides an attractive “point of contact” utilizing digital for both parties.

Overview and features

Advantages of introducing a Shinkin Bank

  • By obtaining non-face-to-face interview points with businesses, it is useful for deepening approaches to business expansion and cooperation with customers.
  • At the same time as the introduction, mailing of paper forms was automatically stopped, and since it became possible to switch to electronic forms, the labor and burden involved in printing and transportation were reduced, contributing to reducing labor costs and improving productivity.

Advantages of implementing it for operators

  • With single sign-on Note 4, a seamless service transition is possible from “K.Yale.”
  • Businesses without an internet banking (IB) contract can also use this service.

Advantages of both implementations

  • Loan consultations on the web will be possible regardless of time or location, and it is expected that communication between businesses and credit banks will be revitalized, and convenience for both parties will improve.
