As of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, Ta Yang Group (01991.HK) announced that the group's performance achieved a breakthrough, recording (i) revenue of approximately 1.214 billion Hong Kong dollars, a significant increase of approximately 253.33% compared to the same period in 2022; (ii) an annual loss of approximately 85.709 million Hong Kong dollars, a decrease of approximately 13.34% compared to the same period in 2022; and (iii) a loss per share of approximately 6.74 Hong Kong cents (2022: approximately 7.50 Hong Kong cents), a decrease of approximately 10.13% compared to the same period in 2022.

As of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, the rubber operation remains one of the main sources of income for the group and continues to provide stable cash flow for the group. As operators in the traditional manufacturing industry, the group's two factories in Dongguan and Huzhou, China, have large land areas and advanced machinery and equipment.

At the same time, the factory's R&D team has been dedicated to the development of new silicone materials for various applications, integrating traditional silicone production with new silicone technology. Currently, the main products of the rubber operation include silicone components, medical instruments, consumer electronics products and peripherals, auto parts, sports equipment parts, maternal and baby products, kitchenware, beauty products, etc. The group is the only listed company in Hong Kong whose main business is the design and production of silicone products, thus maintaining good cooperative relationships with many well-known brands over the years, continuously supplying high-quality silicone rubber products to major manufacturers.
