Wise Finance App news, Kaisun Holdings (08203) has announced that Huang Runquan has resigned from the positions of independent non-executive director, audit committee member, and chairman of the remuneration committee due to his health issues, effective from September 27, 2024.

Dr. Yu Huang has resigned as a member of the audit committee and chairman of the remuneration committee, meanwhile, independent non-executive director Wu Zheng has been appointed as the chairman of the remuneration committee, and independent non-executive director Liu Ruiyuan has been appointed as a member of the remuneration committee.
