The board of directors further announced that Wang Zhang has resigned from the position of company shareholder representative supervisor due to work changes. The board of directors resolved at the meeting held on September 27, 2024 to nominate Liu Zhenhua, Liu Hui, and Li Delin as candidates for non-executive directors of the company's eighth board of directors.
