On September 27, Glacier Network (300533.SZ) announced that, according to the needs of the company's business development, the company intends to sign a "Game Custom Development Agreement" with its affiliate Chengdu Kaixinjia Network Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chengdu Kaixinjia"). Chengdu Kaixinjia intends to design, produce, and develop the custom mobile online game "Three Kingdoms Tower Defense" (tentative, subject to the final name upon release) to meet the company's requirements, and provide technical support services for the operation and promotion of the custom game. The company has the right to independently decide to publish, distribute, operate, promote, market, and commercialize the custom development product on any platform in mainland China, and the company shall pay Chengdu Kaixinjia a share of the revenue from the custom development product in accordance with the agreement. If the agreement requirements are met, the company shall pay Chengdu Kaixinjia a custom development fee of 2 million RMB. As Chengdu Kaixinjia is a joint-stock company in which the company holds 40.54% of the shares, the company's employee Wang Dai serves as a director at Chengdu Kaixinjia. Based on the above facts and the substance over form principle, Chengdu Kaixinjia is deemed an affiliate of the company, and this transaction is considered a related party transaction.
