The board of directors, on the recommendation of the audit committee, resolved to appoint Kangbai Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. as the company's external auditor, effective from September 27, 2024, to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers, and to serve until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the company.
