Jointo energy investment (000600.SZ) announced on September 27th that, in order to effectively revitalize existing assets, address the company's long-term funding needs, reduce the asset-liability ratio, the company plans to use its holding subsidiaries, Jointo Chengde Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as 'Chengde Thermal Power') and Hebei Jointo Renqiu Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as 'Renqiu Thermal Power,' collectively with Chengde Thermal Power 'project company'), to hold and operate two thermal power projects (referred to as 'target projects') for the exchange and consolidation of REITs projects (referred to as 'REITs projects').
