Li Jun Group (08360.HK) announced that Guan Yande has resigned from the company as (i) an executive director due to personal matters; (ii) one of the authorized representatives of the company under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Securities Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; (iii) the company's compliance director; and (iv) a member of the company's remuneration committee. Executive Director Zhong Jiahao has been appointed as the authorized representative and a member of the remuneration committee to replace Guan.
